Emalte provide all the tools required to detect upset conditions, by monitoring hydrological, climatological and meteorological disturbances, collect and analyse real time information to  inform authorities so they can provide early warning.

All Emalte Public Warning & Mass Notification Systems are based on the Whelen ALERT-INFORM-DIRECT. That is, an audible siren tone to ALERT ; a pre-recorded voice message to INFORM; and live PA announcements to DIRECT, thus eliminating confusion and maintaining order.

When EMALTE re-engineered the original Plastic Collective ‘Shruder’, back in 2016, the ‘Shruder Mark II’ was born. EMALTE is now developing the ‘Shruder Mk III’ with the first deployment being for the NSW Department of Education. In addition, EMALTE is a Team member of the CRC program to engineer a containerised Shruder Recycling System (SRS) which is due for release in 2021. The Shruder Mk III and SRS playing a vital role in the recycling of ocean bound plastics and the greater plastic waste circular economy. Shown to the right is the Shruder Mk II.
